Muslims start the day by performing wudu. then dress in their finest outfits and attend a mosque or out door prayer area to perform salat.
They greet others by saying ‘‘Eid Mubarak’’ which means blessed Eid.
Sweet dishes are also prepares at home and gifts are given to everyone, especially to children and those in need.
