He became God’s Messenger when he was meditating in a cave in Makkah, and the angel Gabriel came down and told him the he would be God’s Messenger.

A

Makkah was crossroad of trade. Merchants would travel there to trade and to pray at the Ka’bah when it was still polotheistic. It is where Muhammad recieved a calling from God. It is now a center of the Muslim faith and Muslims travel there during the Hajj to walk around the Ka’bah 7 times

They both have different worship ceremonies, and they have different places of worship; Christians have a church and Muslim’s have a mosque
