Basilar Artery Syndrome
large, widespread impact bc it supplies a lot of things
Superior Cerebellar Artery
severe ipsi ataxia, pain and temp on contralateral extremities and face, dysmetria
AICA
ipsi deafness, vertigo, facial weakness
pain and temp lost contralaterally
Lacunar Syndrome
very ends of small arteries, basal ganglia, internal capsule and pons
MCA
contralateral hemiplegia, hemianesthesia, global aphasia
