A

If the tow is over 200m - diamonds by day, 3 masthead lights, yellow light above stern light, side lights and stern lights on towed vessel.

A

Less than 20m - Tricolour, or bi colour and stern light at deck height.
Greater than 20m - separate side lights and stern light at deck level.
Option extra - red over green.
Day shape when motor sailing - motoring cone
At night when motoring - steaming light and stern light - not masthead tricolour

Trawling - by night side lights, green over white all around
Fishing - by night side lights, red over white - all around
Second light to indicate outlaying gear and which direction
always size unknown
