Two gold half loops with distinctive fasteners

Made from two broad gold ribbons. Decorated down the centre with interlocking curves using Repousse. Rolled into tubes. Tubes were soldered together. Tubes were them moulded into semi hoops. The two end terminals are decorated with transverse ridging using Repousse. Locked around the neck. T shaped lock.
Describe the decoration of the broighter collar
The broighter collar is decorated with swirls balanced by leaf motifs and trumpet forms in relief. The remaining surface is incised with fine lines.
