A

A

Set out the broadest principle first, followed by smaller and secondary components or exceptions to the rule. It should resemble a funnel as it will be the most important to least important

A

This is the bulk of your argument as you analyse the rule to your facts using the cases discussed in the issue. Always stick to one side of the argument

Conclusion

A

The conclusion is based on the ending of the application of the rules to the facts. A sentence or two should be written to state the outcome of the issue. It is also called the advice stage.
