Why is it important to put meaningful comments in system?

A

The person at window hasn’t talked to the guest. “Bagged Separately” should explain what needs to be bagged separately. Stuff like “Missing Food” should explain what exactly is missing. If you don’t put everything in the comment the guest has to repeat themselves and it just adds to their frustration.

A guest orders a deluxe chicken sandwich without lettuce and tomato? How should you ring this up?

A

You should ring up a regular chicken sandwich add cheese. Make sure when repeating the order back to them you say deluxe no lettuce and tomato though otherwise they may through a fit.

A guest would like a grilled wrap with a different kind of chicken, can we do that?

A

Ring up the grilled wrap and then comment ON the wrap. Kitchen will see anything with a comment on their screen. However they don’t see normal grilled wraps because they are pre-made in the fridge.

A guest would like a protein style, or lettuce wrapped sandwich can we do that?

A

Absolutely when ringing up the protein style under local items make sure when there are multiple sandwiches you comment on the sandwich which one is protein style.

A guest would like something well done, can we do that?

A

Absolutely, Guests can order their fries well done or even extra well done. Fried chicken however can only be well done once. Grilled Items and Bacon cannot be well done.

A guest would like to add bacon to their mac and cheese, can we do that?

A

No sorry, you can offer to add a side of bacon by doing Red flag + Bacon. They can put it on themselves we just cannot modify the mac and cheese.

A guest would like to have their cookie warmed, can we do that?

A

We keep around 8-10 cookies in a warming drawer at all times. They are most likely going to get a warm one. No guarantee though.
