What should you do when approaching the guest?
Greet the guest and ask for a name for the order. Keeping in mind to keep 6ft between you and the guest when possible.
What should you bring with you before going outside?
A cold beverage
Your face shield
If it is sunny please wear some sunscreen
Likewise if its raining please wear the pickles
When is it a good time to take off your pickle?
Please do not take off the pickle unless instructed to by a leader. You never know when it will rain again!
What should you always check before storing an order?
You should always check that the order is accurate, you have a car description and the guests name
What should you ask if a guest orders a milkshake?
Would you like whipped cream and cherry on that?
Shakes by default come with it on it, you may remove it if a guest doesn’t want it.
What should you do if a doordash/uber eats/grubhub/postmates driver wants to pickup an order?
Under local items hit DOOR DASH and then put the order they are picking up as the guests name
If someone doesn’t want sauce what should you do?
You should hit ‘No Sauce’ so that people inside understand you already asked
If someone doesn’t want dressing for their salad what should you do?
You should hit ‘No Dressing’ so that people inside understand you already asked
Oh no your iPad is dying what should we do!
Ask the other iPads around you how they are doing on battery before sending a note in asking for chargers.
Someone would like to scan for points? How would you do this?
Hit the Scan button in the bottom right?
After scanning a guest says that they have some rewards what should you do?
On the right sidebar you can hit ‘Get Offers’ to see exactly what will come off when the window tenders the transaction.
A guest would like a different kind of chicken on their salad, What should you do?
When selecting a salad you will have the default chicken on the top and every option underneath
A guest orders a Chick-fil-A sandwich add lettuce and tomato, how would you put it in?
A Chick-fil-A Deluxe no cheese
Oh no, a guest asks you for something that you don’t know how to do? What steps should you take to resolve this problem?
1 ) Check with other team members around you to see if they can help you
2) Leave a meaningful comment on the item in question
Why is it important to put meaningful comments in system?
The person at window hasn’t talked to the guest. “Bagged Separately” should explain what needs to be bagged separately. Stuff like “Missing Food” should explain what exactly is missing. If you don’t put everything in the comment the guest has to repeat themselves and it just adds to their frustration.
