Intro - (Adomako) Neighbour principle from (Donoghue v Stevenson) - Duty owed to anyone closely or directly affected by acts or ommisions.
Can be a pre existing duty.
B) Pre existing (Robinson) or obvious duy of care. - Apply the relavant obvious duty.
