What is a cnidarian?

A

Jellyfish, coral, sea anemones are all cnidarians. They have nerves and muscle but no brain or heart. They are carnivores and will eat anything from small plankton to animals larger than themselves. Cnidarians have radial symmetry.

What is an anemone?

A

Anemones are found in living throughout the sea along reefs, and even other animals. They prey on fish, except for clown fish. Clown fish and anemones have a mutualistic relationship. The anatomy shares its home and food. The clown fish lures in fish and cleans the anemone.
