- Grapefruit
- <3
- Protease inhibitors (PI), especially ritonavir (Norvir)
- Azole antifungals (fluconazole, itraconazole, ketoconazole, posaconazole (Noxafil), voriconazole, and isavuconazonium (Cresemba))
- Cyclosporine, cimetidine (Tagamet), cobicistat
- Macrolides (clarithromycin (Biaxin) and erythromycin, but not azithromycin)
- Amiodarone (and dronedarone (Multaq))
- Non-DHP CCBs (diltiazem and verapamil)
