• Test Target: Snellen chart or any VA chart
• Test Distance: 20ft or 6M
• Test illumination: 20ft candle or room illumination
• PD adjustment: Pd far (vergence knob at the temporal side)
• Lens in place: all far tests subjective finding (Vt 7) except VT # 3 habitual Rx, old Rx or plano
• Auxiliary lens: +0.25D to introduce blur
• Prism: Rotary or Risley
