• PD adjustment: Pd far (vergence knob at the temporal side)
• Lens in place: all far tests subjective finding (Vt 7) except VT # 3 habitual Rx, old Rx or plano
• Auxiliary lens: +0.25D to introduce blur
• Prism: Rotary or Risley

• VTs: 13,14,15,16,17,18,19, 20 & 21
• Test Target: all ____ ____ have RSTC except VT # 19 jaeger’s card (J3), 14a&b cross grid
• Test illumination: 40ft candle except Vt 14a&b 2ft candle
• PD adjustment: Pd near (vergence knob towards the medial area)
• Auxiliary device: JCC
* Lens in place: all near test subjective expect Vt # 13A- habitual rx old or plano, except:
* VT 15A- result of vt # 14A
* Vt 14B-result of VT # 14A
* Vt 15B-result of VT 14B
* Presbyopia: TNC
