Administrative or Executive Orders, Regulations, and Rulings
Decision of a superior court on a point of law are binding on all subordinate courts. Applying or interpreting the laws or constitutions from part of the legal system of the Philippines.
Judicial Decisions or Jurisprudence
Consists of those habits and practices which through long and uninterrupted usage have become acknowledge and approved by society as binding rules of conduct. It must be proved as a fact according to the rules of evidence.

Constitutional Law
Regulates the relations of individuals with one another for purely private ends.
Private Law
