What is the definition of EBN?
The conscientious, explicit, and judicious use of current best evidence in making decisions about the care of individual patients. The practice of EBN means integrating individual clinical expertise with the best available clinical research from systematic research.
Definition of EBP
A problem-solving approach to clinical decision making that incorporates a search for the best and latest evidence, clinical expertise and assessment, patient preferences and values, within a context of caring.

Step 0 - Cultivate a spirit of enquiry
