WHAT IS LAW?
IT IS A SCIENCE OF MORAL. LAWS FOUNDED ON THE RATIONAL NATURE OR MAN THAT GOVERNS HIS FREE ACTIVITY FOR THE REALIZATION OF INDIVIDUAL AND SOCIAL ENDS OF LIFE UNDER AN ASPECT OF MUTUAL CONDITION DEPENDENCE.

RULE OF CONDUCT
law is considered a positive command imposing a duty to obey and involving a sanction which forces obedience.

It is compact made between two or more independent nations with a view to a public welfare.
TREATY
It consist of those habits and practices which through long and uninterrupted usage have become acknowledged and approved by the society as binding rules of conduct.
CUSTOMS
It consist in declaration of rules by a competent authority.
