Fighter. Degrades others. Takes credit for all good ideas.

Uncooperative. Shuts down group processes.
Cynic
Questions everything but not to help group tasks done, but rather derailing the process.
Recognition Seeker
Stage Hog — wants to be in the spotlight.
Joker
Clown. Treats group process as a time for fun.
Self-confessor
Uses group as an audience not related to the group work.
Special Interest Provider
Pet or personal agenda constantly interjected into the group.
