Why do we from birth never come to appreciate who we are in Christ?
From the time of birth, we are programmed by our environment and the people in our lives.

Physically — Soul in union with physical body & Spiritually — Soul in union with God. Gen 2:7
What happened when Adam ate the forbidden fruit? What’s the reference scripture?
Gen 2:16-17 — You are free to eat of all fruit, but not the fruit of the tree of knowledge and evil else, you’ll surely die. He died Spiritually. He was separated from God.
What did Jesus die for as it relates to our spirituality? What’s the reference scripture?
Jn 10:10 — I have come that they may have life and have it abundantly. Jesus came to remove the separation from God.
What’s your identity in Christ?
Ye are a new creature — Col 3:8/10. Your identity lies in the fact that we are all children of God & so are in Christ. Our identity is no longer determined by our physical heritage, social standing, or racial distinctions.
What does 1 Pet 2:9–10 say?
But ye are a chosen people. A holy nation.
What’s gone the identity we leave behind and the one we enter into when we become children of God?
Rom 12:2 — Be not conformed to this world.
How do we renew our minds as Christians
We have to consciously know the word of God so we can understand whose we are from God’s perspective.
What are the two most important beliefs that Christians shoud possess?
True knowledge of who God is, and who we are as children of God.
What’s common with troubled people?
None of them know who they are as children of God.
What are the sections this book is split into?
Our Acceptance, Our Security, Our Significance, Our Dignity.
Why is it easy to forget our position in Christ?
Satan doesn’t want us to be free.
How can you live each day increasingly aware of who you are as a child of God?
Through Bible reading, prayers, fellowship.
