What is Invention
a product or a process that provides, in general, a new way of doing something, or offers a new technical solution to a problem.
What is Utility Model
a registered right that gives the holder exclusive use of a technical invention.
What is Industrial Design
the ornamental or aesthetic aspect of a useful article (product). The design may consist of three-dimensional features, such as the shape or surface of an article, or two-dimensional features, such as patterns, lines or color.
What is Trade Mark
is a word, a group of words, sign, symbol, logo or a combination thereof that identifies and differentiates the source of the goods or services of one entity from those of others.
Rights conferred by the patent
- Prevent others from making, using, offering for sale, selling or importing infringing products in the country where the patent was granted
-Sell these rights or conclude licensing contracts
- For up to 20 years from the date of filing of the patent application
