What are the three components of health law?
A
Interventional law (intervention to promote health specifically), structural law (law that organizes healthcare, education, financing,…), and incidental law (affects health incidentally)

What are the social determinants of health?
A
The societal conditions in which people are born, grow, live, work and
age, includes early childhood experiences, education, economic status, employment. housing, environment and access to healthcare. Law affects global health in multiple ways, by structuring, perpetuating, and mediating the social determinants of health.
