INVESTIGATION
A procedure followed when conducting a scientific investigation with a hypothesis and conclusion.
SCIENTIFIC METHOD
The study of the physical world around us and all of its phenomena
SCIENCE
A unit of measure for temperature
DEGREE
The amount of space an object takes up.
VOLUME
The amount of force acting on an object due to gravity.
WEIGHT
The metric unit of measure for weight
GRAM
The amount of matter in an object
MASS
A judgement formed about something, but not necessarily based on fact or knowledge.
OPINION
Anything that is known or proved to be true.
FACT
To use your senses to gather information.
OBSERVE
To note the similarity and dissimilarity between things.
COMPARE
A feature or factor that will change or vary
VARIABLES
The available facts or information that indicate whether something is true or valid.
EVIDENCE
A proposed explanation for observed phenomena.
