A

NCMS is CBSA’s primary immigration enforcement case management system. It is an immigration enforcement case tracking tool that uses a centralized database to track immigration cases involving criminality, detentions, hearings, interventions, appeals, investigations and removals

It is used by CIC offices in Canada and by missions abroad to process applications for citizenship and immigration services

A

It is a national repository of police operational information including outstanding warrants, criminal history records, stolen property etched.
Immigration warrants are entered in CPIC and enforceable throughout Canada.

A

The National Crime Information Center system allows BSOs to seek information regarding people wanted and warrants in the US. It also gives information about prior arrests, charges and convictions in the US.

A

It is a technical electronic reference system storing detailed images and descriptions of travel documents and their security features.
It is for checking the validity of travel documents.

A

It is an automated fingerprint system which takes fingerprints, records the subject’s digital photo then transmits that info to the RCMP Automated Fingerprint Identification System for a search of registered convictions and charges

A

It is the repository for all CBSA enforcement-related information. This includes records of seizures and other enforcement actions, lookouts, intelligence and investigations cases and other information from external sources. It also includes traveller history and vehicle passage history.
