What is industrial relations?
It refers to the process between management and a representative of employees, used to make decisions in the workplace
What are employment relations?
It denotes the development of diverse employment patterns with a reduced level of unionization and management strategies aimed at individualizing the employment relationship
What are some terms of employment?
- include the price of labour, for example, wages and benefits;
work rules, including hours of work, job classifications, the effort required and work practices. - individual job rights, such as seniority, discipline procedures, and promotion and layoff procedures.

What is the employment relationship?
It is an economic, social, legal psychological and political relationship in which employees devote their time and expertise to the interests of the employer in return for a range of personal financial and non-financial rewarards
