Tell me your name, where you’re from, and what you think makes a great flight attendant?

Good Morning, my name is Mario Labault and I am from Alexandria, VA which is just 8 miles away from Reagan National Airport in Washington D.C. I believe that in order to be a great flight attendant you must have the ability to balance safety, in-flight customer service, and deal effectively with stress. When you are at 35,000 feet in the air, the passengers are relying 100% on the pilots and crew to get them to their destination safely and on-time. A great flight attendant must also be ready to have a flexible work schedule and willing to relocate. I wish you all the best of luck in pursuing your dream in becoming an in-flight crew member.
