in the GMC why is the annual review and revalidation ?
revalidation occurs in a five year cycle
revalidation requires you to have engaged in 5 appraisals and provide data and supporting information in 4 domains
it is to see that you and keeping up with your knowledge
that you are fit to practice and no concerns have been raised about you
able to provide good level of care
in an annual appraisal what are they looking for ?
