A
- Intravascular large B cell lymphoma
- selective growth of lymphoma cells with the lumina of vessels
- exception is large arteries and veins

What is the epidemiology and localization
of this tumor ?
A
- occurs in adults with a median age of 67 years of age
- M:F is 1.1:1
- lymphoma is usually widely disseminated
- can involve any organ
- lymph nodes usually are spared but bone marrow is usually involved
