Who is David Lloyd George?
He was the Liberal Party leader and Prime Minister during World War One. Began to cause divisions in the Liberal Party during WW1 and this continued in the years after.

A grassroots organisation is something that begins with popular participation by lots of people.

A Trade Union is an example of this. A union of workers to give them strength against their bosses.

A government formed in the time of an emergency. It involves members of competing and rival political parties putting aside their differences for the greater good.
