Questions which begin with:

* why
* explain
What is the aim of closed questions?

A good client interview consists of what 5 interlocking sections?

• provision of preliminary advice;

What should you tell the client when concluding the interview?
You’ll follow up with a letter/email

Sub-headings & leave a big gap between them:
