Q

3 personal stories for behavioral that demonstrate leadership and teamwork

A

How do you deal with failure?

How do you handle feedback?

How do you handle conflict?

How do you build consensus when not everyone agrees on something? Have a design doc discussion. Write down the alternatives, weigh the pros and cons of each. Have a discussion around the tradeoffs.
Never tell someone that they are wrong. Instead, ask questions so both parties can understand the best path forward.
Lead by example. Put in the work to build a prototype to evaluate how an alternative would work.
