Well first of all thank you for interviewing me to this interview, for this position today. I am a loyal and trustworthy person who will always represents the business in a positive way. Although i am relatively new to the working environment i do have experience in the world of work. During the summer of 2021, i completed an internship at Greenside capital partners, were i was as research analyst, who was put in an investment role. This gave me an invaluable insight on how you must plan carefully before you start work, in order to maintain standards of the company. i WOULD DESCRIBE MY SELF AS A HIGH ACHIEVER, WHICH WOULD BENEFIT CAPCO. I was apart of the basketball team under 1 and won numerous of events, because we always worked on our weaknesses and careful analyzation of compeittors. The type of person i am means that you are getting someone hungry and eager to impress.
What motivates you? 3 things.
I am motivated by several things. First and Foremost. I am motivated by meeting deadlines, targets or goals. I believe that i am at my best when i have responsibility for important deadlines because this gives me a great sense of achievement.
I am also motivated by learning new things. If i get the opportunity to take on a new role or learn a new skill then this motivates me because i feel as if i am improving the depth of my knowledge.

When have you provided excellent customer service ?
Providing excellent customer service is vital to build and maintain long term relationships with clients. When operating as a shoe reseller, i always valued customers first. Having sourced a Shoe for an individual who contacted me via instagram DM. I was able to source the shoe in under 24 hours and a very good price, 20% up from retail price and delivery to customer the same day. I provided shoe protector spray and a bag and answered all enquires in a fast manner.
Tell me a time when you worked as part of a team? ( STAR TECHNIQUE)
Talk about marketing project simply
Say why team work is important (improves productivity on many levels.)
Situation: What was the marketing project, deadline and how many in the group.
Task: I suggested first we brainstorm and do an in-depth study of the industry or food waste and identify common areas and trigger points we want to identify.
Action : Meet weekly to discuss significant points and research we had done, and constructively giving points of good and points of bad.
Result: Submitted a 4000 word report, where we had weeks in advance to read over and constantly improve every section until we thought it was ready.
Tell me about a time when you managed multiple tasks at once?
( BASICALLY HERE YOU TALK ABOUT HOW YOU TAKE A STEP BACK AND ANALYSE THE SITUATION TO PROTISE) When having to manage multiple tasks at ones and i make sure i protisise events. The way i protiise events is determined by the due date and whether it could bring me potential business, to improve the long term position of my self. I also make a fresh plan with no distractions, in which i give accurate time dates on when i think i can finish a task, and also give myself and hours stretch on top incase i do not finish. Give an example of flawless fits and tutoring.
When have you shown flexibitility at work?
I believe i am a flexible person and i will always be there to help out my collegues. To give you an example of this i remember when i was working at the Tottenham hotspur stadium, for a big north London derby, were a member of staff was becoming increasingly frustrated with a member of public and was starting not to behave in the manner which reflects the Tottenham’s work standards. I politely spoke with that member of staff, and asked whether they wanted to swop positions because i was in a quiet area of the stadium. Prior to fact i consulted the supervisor i was working with and he accepted. When i replaced her in her section, i was able to build a humerous relationship with the public causing a problem, leading the problem to be resolved.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years ?
In 5 years time, if i am given this prestigious opportunity to do this internship for your company, i hope i am able to progress, into working full time in Capco. I aim to be a high performing productive member of your team, someone who can be relied upon to achieve tasks on time and to a high standard. I would also be open to progression in the company, if of course you see me as a fit. Also see myself openly be training up new members of staff joining CAPCO, using the experience and expertise gained.

How would you make capco more profitable?
Outreach to more clients( i imagine services are very expensive, but maybe the communication of price = quality is not far fetched enough.)
Its not one of the biggest Tech consultancy firms, it is acquired by wipro, but maybe acquire a firm that has more services provided)
In consulting, much of your growth will come from feedback on clients projects. How do you accept and implement feedback?
I ways view feedback as positive and always willing to accept constructive feedback, as i am the type of employee that always wants to grow as an individual. I don’t respond to feedback emotionally. I will raitonalise the feedback and implement this into my work. For example, for my shoe business, i was told that a customer review page was useful, to authenticate purchase experience. I added it… go on.

1) Offer expert and well-researched advice to clients at all times
2) Tap into their network of experts to find answers to questions they do not know
In your opinion, what makes you a great problem solver ( Hint 4 step process)
Follow a 4 step process
1) Assessing the exact problem and what i want to achieve
2) Weigh up my options before deciding on a definitive plan of action
3) implement the action needed
4) assess what caused the problem in the first place with a view of preventing it from happening again.
How do you exercise logic?
logic is a proper or reasonable way of thinking about or understanding something. I exercise logic through reading.
In your opinion, why do companies need consultants
1) Identifying the misuse of resources
2) A convincing way to turn the tide, when opinionated boards or c-suites are stuck in their ways
3) Independence
How do you protritize multiple projects when they all seem equally important.
Make a list. By thinking through and writing down each item that needs completion, you can see it on paper.
2) Mark what is urgent or essential. Take into account deadlines and meetings.
3) Order each task based on effort and estimated value.
4) Consider due dates and how long it will take to do each item.
