Interview questions Flashcards
Introduce yourself p1
I’m Harrison, I’m 17 and turn 18 in April, I left school in 2023 and went straight into college where I studied Forensic and Behavioural Science, I love to keep fit, over the past couple years I made a commitment to lose weight and I have lost 5 stone. In my spare time I like to do weight training, I have a dog who I take on longs walks everyday, I like cooking, playing guitar, I like gaming. I left college last year where I’ve been on an off period and looking for jobs, excited for this opportunity as I’ve been looking for over a year and it is my first interview.
Introduce yourself p2
Although I don’t have much experience, I have spent a year in college, where I got myself up early in the morning, did my training, got the bus there and back, handed in assignments, did my own study experiment once which was fun. I have definitely learnt a lot of valuable skills there like time management, flexibility, following rules and procedures and most of all reliability. These are all skills I believe are important.
Introduce yourself p3
I believe I would be a great addition to the team, when I did my works experience at HMRC team worker me and other placements were tasked on how to solve issues with parking, I always consider the needs of others and put them first, I’m confident I can provide excellent customer service and I’m also a fast learner. You can rely on me to be a positive role model for the brand whilst going through my day-to-day duties.
Why Starbucks p1
Coffee is associated with positivity, which I think is one of the main attractions, when you think of coffee you think about the friendly and polite environment. A place where people want to be.
Why Starbucks p2
Starbucks is the best in the business. Working with the best means I will get training from the best, I’d be working alongside other positive and happy likeminded people in a comfortable environment which would help in me wanting to work here for long periods of time while performing duties to a high standard, which I’m confident I’ll do as I like being efficient.
Why Starbucks p3
Starbucks is great at what it does, which is why I think this job would be a solid foundation to help develop my confidence, my skills and further build my career.
Why Starbucks p4
Another thing is that I plan on returning to college this September, commuting 3 days a week, and a contract like this is perfect, as I’ll be able to attend college, study and also have a part time job.
