A

Chameleon (adaptability, quick learner, culturally competent) mindful or willing to learn how I can be respectful
Weakness: too hard on myself. Especially as a new grad, I feel like I’m expected to know everything. And as much as I hate to make mistakes, as long as they don’t harm the patient, I can make them and learn to be more competent, confident and efficient

From experiences of being in the hospital environment, understanding it’s a scary time to be there. Asking preferences; making sure they’re take. Care of looked after. Communicate openly.

A

Although I don’t have experience here, after the research that i have done. A lot of other nurses have chosen this as a long term career solution comparable to a hospital; I’d have to find out for myself, but I feel confident in my adaptability to be a working part of the team
