Hello! My name is Andres. I’m excited to apply for the opening.
I started my career at PedidosYa, a multinational online food ordering and delivery service, as a delivery driver, where I engaged with dozens of customers daily in my delivery role, this experience taught me how to manage diverse customer interactions. Over time, I took on more responsibilities, mainly communicating with external partners, like restaurant owners, interested in joining our platform. I learned how to build and maintain close professional relationships during this period.
Lastly, I transitioned into a logistics assistant role, where I was responsible for providing administrative support to regional coordinators. My tasks included building accurate reports, scheduling internal meetings, providing real-time assistance to our drivers, and researching operational factors affecting the company nationwide. These experiences improved my organizational skills and attention to detail.
I have always been a very proactive person, and I enjoy challenging myself to learn new tools. This drive led me to explore data analysis during my time as a logistics assistant, so I took the initiative to learn technical tools on my own. In my free time, I developed skills in SQL and Power BI, and deepened my knowledge of spreadsheet software like Excel and Google Sheets. This learning experience improved my problem-solving abilities and provided me with an analytical mindset that I believe would be valuable in any professional role.

Strenghts
My previous roles have allowed me to develop an excellent work ethic; I am committed to always giving my best effort, respecting my job duties, and adhering to the rules. I also have strong communication skills, allowing me to maintain close professional relationships with both clients and partners. Additionally, my experience with technical data analysis tools has provided me with an analytical mindset and strong attention to detail. I am convinced those strengths would enable me to succeed in this role.
Weakness
Regarding weaknesses, I have occasionally been emotionally affected by harsh feedback. I am very passionate about my work, and when my efforts are criticized, it can be difficult for me. However, I have learned to view feedback as an opportunity for growth rather than a personal affront. This perspective has helped me become more resilient and open to constructive criticism, ultimately improving my work.
What do you know about the company?
From what I’ve learned, 11thEstate is a platform tthat help investors automatically claim payouts from securities class action settlements, SEC Fair Funds, and shareholder compensation. It simplifies what used to be a really complicated and time-consuming process.
What really stood out to me is how effective their system is. They’ve already helped over 10,000 investors recover more than $130 million, with a 100% claim acceptance rate. That’s impressive!
It’s clear the company is driven by innovation, and I’m really drawn to the opportunity to contribute to something so impactful.
Biggest professional achievement / Major setback
I think my biggest achievement was overcoming challenges I faced early in my career, particularly in customer service. I struggled with managing interactions with aggressive clients. Initially, this was quite stressful due to my lack of strong communication skills at the time. I was rather young and introverted, which made me question my suitability for the job. However, I saw this as an opportunity to improve rather than a reason to give up. I enrolled in coursework to enhance my communication skills, focussing on conflict resolution, negotiation, teamwork, and deception detection. This challenge ultimately turned into a positive experience, improving my ability to handle difficult situations and strengthening my professional skills.
Future
In the short and mid-term, my goal is to excel in this role and make meaningful contributions to the company’s success. Achieving that would not only help the team but also allow me to develop my skills and grow as a professional.
Looking ahead to the long term, in 2-3 years, I see myself transitioning into a position where I can fully leverage my analytical skills. I’m confident that the experience I gain here will be invaluable in helping me reach my long-term career goals.
Tell us about the role
From what I understand, this role involves assisting clients with preparing and submitting important documents, reviewing and processing financial records, and ensuring all information is accurately recorded. I’d also be responsible for managing data entry and fulfillment processes to ensure everything is done correctly and on time.
I know the role requires strong analytical skills to interpret detailed documents and financial records, as well as excellent organizational skills to keep up with multiple tasks and shifting priorities. Clear communication with clients is also essential to provide updates, answer questions, and resolve any concerns.
