What are your strengths/ Achievements?
I am used to working in high tempo environments, I hope to translate that experiance here.
What actor would you be and why?
Samuel L Jackson, I love his films and based off some general knowledge I hear he’s a delight to work with.
Do I keep up to date with movies?
I would like to think I do, I often schedule to watch movies with friends and family whenever we can find the time.
Who would play you in a movie of your life?
Jamie Foxx, honestly I’m not a massive fan of his films - But I would love to see him portray me in a film
Why do we sell food as well as tickets?
Because cinemas are obligated to give a portion of their revenue from ticket sales. But, almost all of the money made from food sales belong to the cinema.
What movie character would you be and why?
Dracula from the Hotel Transylvania series, he’s family and business oriented and he loves what he does.
Who is your favourite actor?
Mark Hamil, I particularly love his portrayal of the Joker in the Batman series.
Why do you want to work here?
Because I love the film and television industry and I would like to add my unique skillset to the team.
Current films, what film I last saw in the cinema?
I recently watched the Five Nights at Freddy’s film on it’s opening night with my younger brother. I am also keen with watching Saw X (the 10th saw installment) with my cousin when I find the oppurtunity.
What experiance do you have?
I don’t have direct experience in a formal customer service role, but I have developed strong communication and problem-solving skills through various experiences. In my previous role I regularly engaged with people, addressed their concerns, and collaborated with team members to ensure a positive outcome.
About the in cinema advertisements - For other products.
Unlike billboards and posters, cinema ads give you the oppurtunity to target your audience. If you know the demographic you can better market your product/service and unlike youtube or television adverts, when you’re in the cinema you are more likely to sit down and watch the advert as opposed to the former where you could skip it, block it or just find something else to do until the show comes on.
What does good customer service mean to you?
Good customer service, to me, means ensuring that our customers not only receive the products or services they desire but that they have a positive and memorable experience throughout. It involves effective communication, where we actively listen to our customers, understand their needs, and provide clear and helpful information. Empathy plays a crucial role, too—acknowledging and understanding their concerns with a genuine desire to help.
What do you bring to the team?
I bring a unique set of skills and experiences that I believe will make a positive impact on the customer service team at the cinema. Firstly, my strong communication skills, honed through various experiences, will allow me to effectively engage with patrons, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience. I understand the importance of clear communication in a cinema setting, whether it’s guiding customers to their seats or providing information about showtimes and promotions.
