Womans Writing Caribean Voices

Problem: Low engagment with IDEA Observenvces

New creative ways to engage with Observances at CSR
Need observences to come alive, make it relevant to all, personalize

1) Created Interactive Wring Campaign for Woman’s History Month and Carribbean Voices Event. These events were more personalized and allowed more people to participate. Through pictures and stories, anyone at CSR was able to share about the importance of Woman in their lives. I was able to talk about my grandmother who just passed, which I was grateful to share. This event was highly succuessful, and delivered the IDEA Council Page its most monthly hits.

2) Similarly, I created and executed the Caribbean Voices video displayed at the Carribean/ Juneteenth Festival. This video allowed memebers of the CSR community with Carribran Heritage to share about the diversity from within the Carribean community. We were able to learn avbout food, history, and music. All while learning more about CSR colleagues. This event took alot of pre planning and coordinating but well worth the effort and I am happy with the final product
