    • I Met with end user to determine the scope of the problem
    • I Reserached the scheudles in Oracle on work orders related to the assets, and found that some of the work orders in Oracle had not had their remove activity completed, even though they had been probalby removed in the field
    • Met with Oracle team, developed a plan to make them non-maintainable in oracle, after the engineering group had field checked that they did not exist in the field

discused different scenarios, decided on the most feasible solutions from the list
set up a meeting with the project owner to review our findings and get their input
determined exactly with WO types would be used, and that new activity causes would not be needed, use existing ones
