Do you think cultural diversity is a benefit to a company?

A

Diversity is an immense benefit to a company because it brings with it a wide range of skills and opinions and knowledge which when combined allow the company to deal with a huge range of situations. An obvious benefit it multi-lingual. But also in depth cultural knowledge and understanding about customs and attitudes.
