How do you deal with pressure(helped other people when they are sick)
In the past, when people have been sick I have volunteered to fill in and help with their tasks, and in doing so, I would figure out how to work those tasks into my schedule with my workload and prioritize the most important things, and reach out to that person to find out any information that I would need in order to successfully deal with the customer and then update them on the call with all the notes i took during the meeting.
Why are you the right person for this role
- i think you want someone who is excited and capable of introducing this product and opening conversations around wavy
2 someone who will be able to educate and communicate the value that wavy bring to individuals or organizations - someone who is flexable, and will develop and learn the product as much as possible, to help things run smooth internally, and also track information and help the company understand what the market is asking for, any trends
- also someone that is able to deal with rejection, some companies or individuals will be closed minded and think that it doesnt make sense and you need to be able to move on and come back the next day and keep pushing through
My skill set is a perfect match for the job requirements. Think about the most important qualifications for the position. Make 3 bullet points. Ie ecommerce deep understanding, experience in all aspects of the moving prospects through sales cycle to closed won status. project confidence! I am passionate about the work the organization is doing, in helping entrepeneurs product fast results and grow their business. Try to give concrete examples! Need to seperate yourself from the talent pool. It sounds like you are looking for someone who can field questions about the wavy demonstrate its effectiveness, create interest and urgency is that correct? More specific examples will make you more memorable. I have all the skills listed in the job profile, and feel i will be able to execute at a high level.
What did you like most about your previous job
- that i believed in the concept of the product, or a specific feature which was being able to see a holistic view of company data which allowed to also see events that are not happening
- learned customer centric selling and also had access to so many sales templates and conversations from very talented people
- one of the things that they did in the early days, every couple months a product manager would demo but more importantly remind us why the product is unique, what makes it special, it was like internal selling, and i thought that was powerful

What did you like least about your last job
Dont speak negative, so the new company will know they can trust your loyalty. After the buyout, market became uncertain about the future of the company, and there was no leadership team in place. Looking for a pure play product. Don’t list a bunch of things, just one or two at the most.
What does a good team look like
Lead by a clear vision, and have diverse team members and understand their personal values they can contribute to the team. Team leader leads by example, open to communication, working towards common goals. Help each other succeed. Ask each other for input, ideas, encourages open communication. Recognition promotes great work. Also have fun and enjoy each others company. Assist others. Diverse bring different skill sets. Organized. Define the end goal and be flexible on how to get there. The more collaborate and communicate, the more you create.
What would make things easier for you in this role
I think if i were to notice any frequently repeatable tasks that were timely, and reducing output or productivity, it would be ideal if there was priority to look at ways to automate or simplify that process. Things like email sequencing, responding to FAQ’s, product development to address any issues customers are having etc. Templates!

Talk about your current situation, then touch on the past, and then talk about the future why you like the position etc. order doesn’t matter too much. Tailor to the role your applying for. Think about what the company refers to themself as ie start up, tech company. Inject passion into your answer to stand apart from the crowd. Speak to why your drawn to the overall vision of the company. Point out how you love the space that they are in. positive traits make you good for the role- experience, ccs, why this role excited you. Trends of the industry!
Where do you see yourself in 5 years
Think about where this position could take you, want to be seen as someone with expertise and take on managerial or leadership role if it were to open up. They want to know that you will stay there for a long term. Want to complete sales program with your company. Vague and realistic. Look for career paths in the job description! Would like to train and mentor, take on any projects. DO NOT say “i dont know”. Do not talk about personal interests or outgrowing the position. They expect that you are taking the position seriously.
What is your greatest strength
Emphasis positive skills that pertains to the job. Problem solving, ability to handle change, creativity, efficiency, become well rounded persistent work on development in all areas of my role. Building relationships and trust. MUST correlate to the job you are applying for. Solid work ethic. Sets you apart from other candidates. Writing skills/communication externally and within teams. Enthusiasm. Try to have examples of how this skill impacted your last employer. Very reliable, never miss day of work. Being able to create and communicate value to customers.
What is your greatest weakness
Think of a weakness that doesn’t apply to the position you are applying for. Talk about a weakness that you have improved upon. A typical answer is getting frustrated if tasks are not completed on time. Its to see if your self aware of flaws and someone who wants to improve upon. You NEED to be able to show the ways that you are improving on a weakness. Perhaps that i took some courses and became more tech savvy.
What do you know about our company
They want to make sure you did some research before you applied. Want to know you have specific selective in the job search, want to know you wont hate working for them. Need to show facts about their company/understand their business.
they are growing fast and a premier provider live events to hybrid, remote first companies of various sizes etc. i see that you business has been in business for 3 years with a reputation for being etc. start out by saying “im really impressed with how your company” or i really like how your company does something.
Why do you want to work for us
Think more about what you have to offer. Consider if the company has a new product or competitor and think about how your skill set could fit into the big picture. I feel my skills are well suited for this position because and this company because etc. be aligned with the company vision. If company is involved in the community, talk about how that is important to you. Can also talk about the quality of products they produce which will flatter the hiring manager. I read your companys mission and was excited to work towards a common goal. Reference the organizations culture, vision and goals and how it aligns with your future plans. Read their blog/social media accounts!! Read what previous employees liked about the company.
What would your former colleagues say about you
Love to contribute ideas, and share information, findings, hard working and focused on working to accomplish objectives.thoughtful, well organized, friendly, dependable. Look to help out with tasks when shorthanded. Flexible, able to adjust to organizational changes. Positive optimistic. Look to have a positive impact on the business, ways to automate, or knowledge share. Great listener.
How do you make decisions?
Show that you have a system- not just follow your gut. Look at possible outcomes, try to give examples. Way the pros and cons, act in the best interest of the company. Consider how much time is available to make decision as well. Gather as much information as possible, research online, and reach out to people within the company who can provide insights. If time permits can conduct a swot analysis. Based on experience and input.
How do you resolve conflict with another employee
Strive to listen to the other persons point of view with open mindedness. Try to find common ground. Aim to develop a plan moving forward so that the issues dont re occur. Remind that you both want this project to work or the team to succeed and we don’t want to be a distraction. Learn from conflict and resolution. Stay calm, disagreements in the workplace are going to happen from time to time. Show that you use facts and keep the companies best interest in mind.
