i have about 7 years educational experience of which 5 years i spent teaaching in Asia 1 year in Spain and 1 year as an Eal TA in the uk
tell me about you duties as a TA at Lathom
I did this by Working with the EAL children in and outside of class and i kept and contributed
to records on their progress.

I taught survival english and gave pastoral care/by helping child to settle in and be ready for their main class learning.
Tell me about a time you did not agree with the teacher’s approach. How did you handle it? Kani
the teacher did not provide a lower level template for the EAL student and student is left to support themselves.i had to explain that the work was too difficult,
i asked the teacher to imagine that they had to sit in a japanese class and learn the subject they’re teaching in Japanese and was asked to complete the same activity in the language. How would they feel and could we simplify the language/give vocabulary and use more pictures in future.
What methods have you used to motivate the children in your classroom?

I am passionate about education and I want to get tounf people into art because it can increases general knowledge and cultural awareness I want to reduce educational disadvantage.

2.What is your current understanding of SEND/EAL?
SEND refers to range of learning differences and difficulties that affects a students ability to learn and participate in school. Conditions include dyslexia, autism,ADHD, emotional needs. These students require additional support.
-EAL students may face challenges which can impact their ability to learn and participate in the classroom.
4.What are some of the current issues teaching your subject?
Time constraints, limited amount of time to cover topics and techniques
-Limited resources: Some schools have limited resources for teaching art, wcan make it difficult for teachers to provide students with materials and equipment to produce high-quality work
- Assessment criteria: The assessment criteria for art can be subjective, which could make it difficult for teachers to accurately assess their students’ work
4.What are some of the benefits, when teaching your subject?
Producing artwork can be a confidence booster for non academic students
-producing art allows students to express themselves in a unique and personal way, which can be a powerful tool for emotional development
