Honey Combing

A

Clustered cysts (3-10mm) that share well-defined walls + stacked in rows of cysts

Subpleural:

  • UIP
  • NSIP
  • Asbestosis

Peribronchovascular:

  • Hypersensitivity pneumonitis (cluster 1 + 2)
  • Sarcoidosis
  • Hemosiderosis

Anterior:

  • ARDS
  • Unilateral abscence of pulmonary artery

Rare:

  • Hermansky-Pudlak syndrome
  • Sickle Cell disease
