What are the two self-generated beleifs

A

Experience - People can develop beliefs due to an experience they have had in the past. In is the most powerful way a belief can be formed due to a concept being proved to an individual in a different way, usually including the constructs that have a cause and effect of relationships.

Reflection - Process people use to explain the word around them. These beliefs are more abstract then beliefs formed by an experience. The individual internally reflects on experiences, observations, personal opinion ad opposing viewpoints of others and generate their ow beleifs as to how much they think they could reaction to a situation.
