why we communicate:
1. Practical needs: We communicate to get things done in our daily lives, like asking for help or giving instructions. 2. Physical needs: Communication can help keep us safe and meet basic needs, like calling for help in an emergency. 3. Safety needs: We communicate to feel secure, like asking questions to understand a situation better. 4. Social needs: Talking helps us connect with others, build friendships, and feel part of a group. 5. Self-esteem needs: Communication helps us feel good about ourselves through praise, encouragement, or feedback. 6. Self-actualization: This is about reaching our full potential, where communication helps us grow, learn, and express who we truly are.
