What is international law?
The body of law governing relationships between nations through treaties and the United Nations.
What is domestic law?
Applies to all within a nation and enforced without exemption.
What is the imperative process to all international treaties?
Ratification, which means introducing and enforcing the treaty within domestic society.
Describe state sovereignty.
Means that nations can follow own agenda and are not obliged to participate in international laws, treaties, hearing or tribunals. Benefits of treaties are not received such as loans, protection in crisis and trade.
What is the process for making a treaty?
Negotiation
