what is the source info for the national intelligence report form
1 - reliable - where there is no doubt as to the authenticity, trustworthiness e.g police officers
2- untested - a sourse that has not previously submitted to the person reciving it or the info could not be substantiated
3 - not reliable - sourses info has been unreliable and poor
whats the 5 in the intalligence report form
the reliability of the evidence
A - Known directly to source - info is obtained first hand
B- knowing indirectly to sourse but cooberated - info not seen first had but it is cooberated
C- known indirectly to the source - info told to source by someone else
D - not known - there is no means of assessing the info recieved - so like anonymous
E - suspected to be false - there is a reason you believe the info is false

C - lawful sharing with restrictions - so concerns with how big it can go
