atopic dermatitis, JAK inhibitor, tablet [short term use only] *max dose 60g/week or 100g/2 weeks
Topical corticosteroids (examples and classes in separate deck)
atopic dermatitis/mild-mod psoriasis, TCS (be careful for withdrawal symptoms) *if using class 1/2 high potency TCS–> maximum 2-4 weeks of usage (many cutaneous and systemic side effects)
Dupilumab
severe AD that does not respond to topical treatment, Biologic/IL-4/13 antagonist, SC injection
Cyclosporine (oral)
severe AD/severe psoriasis, immunosuppressant

AV, topical retinoid (teratogenic and sun-sensitivity)
Tarazotene
AV, topical retinoid (teratogenic and sun-sensitivity)
Benzoyl Peroxide
AV, antimicrobial/anti-inflammatory/anti-comedonal (will cause erythema and xerosis but continue usage) (usually used in combined therapy with retinoids/oral antibiotics)
salicylic acid
AV/mild-mod psoriasis, exfoliant and has keratolytic propertis (not very safe and efficaceous for AV) *cannot be used with phototherapy and Vit D analogues
Azelaic acid
mild-mod AV, comolytic/antibacterial/ anti-inflammatory agent
Clindamycin
AV, topical antibiotic (not recommended for mono-therapy due to possible antibiotic resistance) (used tgt with Benzoyl peroxide)
erythromycin (oral)
AV, oral antibiotics (safe in pregnant women)
tetracycline
AV, oral antibiotics (teratogenic, sun-sensitive and should not be used alone due to possible antibiotic resistance) (used with concurrent topical therapy)
doxycycline
AV, oral antibiotics (teratogenic, sun-sensitive and should not be used alone due to possible antibiotic resistance) (used with concurrent topical therapy)
minocycline
AV, oral antibiotics (teratogenic, sun-sensitive and should not be used alone due to possible antibiotic resistance) (used with concurrent topical therapy)
cyproterone acetate with ethinyl estradiol
for long term AV in women, hormonal therapy with oral contraceptive (anti-androgenic properties)
