What is the differences between eccrine and apocrine glands?

A

Eccrine are smaller coiled tubular gland that secrete sweat on to the skin
though the pores. Apocrine glands are also coiled tubular glands that secrete into the canals of the hair follicles.

A

Secretes: Sebum(oil) location:everywhere but palms and soles function: keeps your skin and hair from drying and helps to inhibit growth of some bacteria.

A

It secretes ear wax, is located in the auditory ear canal, and it creates a sticker barrier and water proof the ear canal to prevent entrance of bacteria and fungi.

A

The epidermis has 4layer and 5 in thick and is made of stratified squamous epithelium and large protective function where as the dermis is deep to the epidermis and mainly collagen and elastic fiver provinding strength and elasticity.
