What does a mini sickle do
Double ended point scaler with 2 cutting edges, triangular in cross section. Used supra gingivally, limited access sub gingivally due to damage on gingiva. Buccal and lingual embrasure surfaces anywhere in the mouth
What does a columbia curette do
double ended universal currette with 2 cutting edges on each side, semi-circular in cross section. can be used supra and sub gingivally anywhere in the mouth for root planning. Limited access to deep pockets
What does a hoe scaler 134-135 do
double ended instrument. used to remove gross calculus from buccal and lingual surfaces anywhere in the mouth.
what does a gracy curette 1-2 do
double ended curette with a single cutting edge, used sub gingivally to get into fine deep pockets in lower/upper anterior teeth
what does a gracey curette 7-8 do
double ended with two cutting edges on each end, used for fine/deep supra and sub gingival scaling. used for buccal and lingual surfaces on posterior teeth
