Q
Vertical S-1 Pattern
A
150 KIAS, any numbered heading, 1000 FPM climbs and descents
- 3 Second lead, 15% TQ, 2o NL (L/U)
- 3 seconds or 50’; 55% TQ, 4o NH (R/D)
- 3 seconds or 50’; 15% TQ, 2o NL (L/U)
- 3 seconds or 50’; 55% TQ, 4o NH (R/D)
- 50’ Prior, set torque for 150 KIAS and level off
Every 250’ check for 15 seconds of elapsed time.
Last 250’ is always for determining weather to transition on altitude or time.
