A

Turn- Next heading (standard rate turn).
Time- Start or stop timer (use assist in maintaining standard rate turns).
Twist- OBS to/from or heading bug (as needed).
Throttle- Clim, descend or maintain altitude (by adjusting collective).
Talk- If applicable, talk to ATC or Tower.
Toggle- GPS or VLOC?

TITMIT

A

Tune- tune the desired station to be tracked (load or activate approach).
Identify- identify morse code for ground based equipment (navaids).
Twist- Twist OBS to next desired course
Markers- marker beacons activated (if applicable).
Intercept- intercept inbound course (as needed).
Toggle- toggle VLOC/GPS/Localizer (as needed).

Oscillation- vibrations of the aircraft
