8 Instructor Duties
1 class planning 2 starting class on time 3 insure proper warm-ups are done 4 teaching class as planned 5 directing AI and group leaders 6 disciplining students as needed 7 reading announcements 8 ending class on time
6 Senior Instructor duties
1 Conducting belt award ceremonies 2 going over test results 3 pre-testing 4 quality control 5 supervising assistant instructor training 6 safety and security
Group leaders
help on an “as needed” basis. They are not instructors and do not teach.

Conditioning is an important factor. The Classes Are Physically Harder and More Crisp need to spar more focused and multiple opponents leadership is cultivated Develop a Black Belt Attitude.
