اشرب ماء أو مشروب للطاقة قبل ان اذهب إلى نادي رياضي
I wear athletic clothes and shoes
البس ملابس رياضية و حذاء
I stretch my muscles before I begin athletic training or running
امدد عضلاتي قبل ان ابدء في التدريبات الرياضية أو الجري

كيف استري من خلال شبكة المعلومات؟
You must go to shopping website like Amazon
يجب ان تذهب إلى موقع الشراء مثل Amazon
Fill out personal information
تملا ملوماتك شخصية
After you choose your items, you will pay the fee and tax
بعد تختار المشتريات، ستدفع رسوم و ضَريبة
Then the company will send your items to your address
ثم الشركة سترسلك المستريلت إلى عنونك
How do you receive a drivers license
كيف تحصل على رخصة قيادة
You must go to licensing website in your state on the computer
تجب ان تذهب إلى موقع الرخص في ولايتك على الحاسوب
Fill out personal information in the licensing website
املا معلومات الشخصية في الموقع الرخص
Then you must take appointment for classroom test and you must pass the test
ثم يجب ان تأخذ موعد الامتحان النظري و يجب ان تجتاز الامتحان
After that you must take another appointment for the driving test and you must pass the driving test also
بعد ذلك تأخذ موعد آخر للامتحان سواقة و يجب ان تجتاز امتحان السواقة ايضاً
After that you must pay fees and taxes and you receive the drivers license
بعد ذلك يجب ان تدفع الرسوم و ضرايب و تحصل على رخصة السواقة
