What does Inspiration mean? (6 points)

The true theory of inspiration

It is:
- Plenary (which means fully)- true inspiration is entire and without restriction, it includes all and every Scripture (2 Tim. 3:16)
- Verbal (Latin verbum means word)- because it includes every word (1 Cor. 2:13).

What did Jesus mean when he said that not a jot or tittle would pass from the law until it is fulfilled (Matt. 5:18)?
A
- The jot is the smallest letter in the Hebrew alphabet.
- A tittle is the smallest part of a letter (like the dot on an i).
- Every word is important (Matt. 4:4).
